I love the action and color and beauty of the characters in this painting. I created it for a local theater who was doing a play on Moulin Rouge. However I missed the deadline, so I did not submit it. I still enjoy this painting. Maybe it's the characters or feathers. It makes me think of Paris, many of the Impressionists who gathered in similar places, to talk and sketch. It particularly reminds me of the work of artist Toulouse-Lautrec.
