On the Way to School

I used to pick up two of my grandchildren from a trailer park in the country. I enjoyed sharing those times together with them. On the way to pick them up I would see this grove of trees off of the interstate and was determined to paint them. So I found a safe way to this location. I did not include the figures in the first draft but thinking about my grandkids caused me to add them. I think it really helps the storyline and the painting. It's one of my favorites. I hope you enjoy it.
