Rose, Apple, Grapes

I remember placing the elements in this still life. I'm still not sure about their placement. My real focus of attention and brushwork is the rose itself. Looking at it now makes me want to paint more roses. I also like this simple still life partly because of the shadowing on the white linen. Maybe with a few less grapes! But I also remember having fun with that white napkin that drapes over the almost invisible edge of the table. I know this sounds egotistical, but I think this is a good painting.
