Dancing with the Stars

I'm always fascinated by dancers, they are athletes that seem to be in full control of their bodies and movement. This dancer is part imagination and part real life. I put him on a colorful stage with an angular position. Of course he is in the middle of some sort of jump/flight move. I think he is flexible and very happy. This colorful acrylic painting is inspired partially by some photos of dancers and heavily influenced by my imagination.
