This piece consists of an oil painting of oranges on a red cloth with an oriental woman painted on paper and applied to the oil painting. She has large gold impasto tears coming from her eyes. The gold tears represent a sadness that I don't fully understand. I had fun painting her costume, her head dress and contemplating her emotions.
