I was first attracted to this woman's actions under the tent in Guatemala City. I like the angles of the tent, the colors and of course her active figure. I created this painting from photographs I had taken on site. Only while painting, did I notice the young boy in a blue shirt reaching to fill his cup with fruit drink from a large bowl.
