Under the Umbrella

I saw this fruit/vegetable cart from a distance.  The figures were in shadow so my lasting memory is of the shadow producing umbrella and the bright harvest of the Guatemalan soil. It's a different style and some of the fruit is in sunshine but the two gentleman are in shadows and not very distinct. But that's what appealed to me. In addition, the sharp edges of the trailer contrasted with the soft curving edges of the umbrella, add interest to this painting for me.
