What is she cooking in the green pot? A Guatemalan festival calls out colors, fragrances, dancing and the mystery of the green pot. The colors, shapes and mystery developed into this painting in the streets of Guatemala City, Guatemala. My friend Angel was working so I had an afternoon to wander, to look, listen and smell fragrances. It was wonderful. In addition to the green pot and the woman, I like the textures and informal design of all that surrounds her in her cooking tent.
